I've been shooting fashion around metro Detroit since 2005. I am the organizer of the Abandoned In Detroit fashion showcase project which has been bringing fashion resources together since September 2005. This project has held 16 photoshoots from 2005-2007, and has a schedule of activities through 2008 into 2009. May 31, 2008 THE ART PARTY is a launch event for the Better Detroit Youth Movement. It will be an all day participation event from 9am-midnight. A youth program in the morning will switch to adult style at 3pm. There will be several fashion segments from Abandoned In Detroit designers and talent.
